Houston man accused of stalking, strangling local woman

CINCINNATI (WKRC) — A Houston man is in custody, accused of stalking and strangling a local woman.
According to court records, 38-year-old Robert Whitfield sent the victim several death threats, including saying he would shoot up her house and kill her. Investigators say he also sent her three videos of him outside her job and got into an argument inside.
Later, he allegedly showed up at the victim’s home and strangled her.
Whitfield faces charges of menacing by stalking and strangulation. He is currently being held in the Hamilton County Jail.
