Texas woman re-arrested for fatal crash into home—
STEPHENVILLE, Texas (KLTV) – A Santa Anna woman who crashed into a home in Erath County and killed two people has been re-arrested on charges related to drunken driving in connection with the wreck.
Gracie Lane Yates, 18, is charged with intoxication manslaughter and injury to a child. Yates was first arrested in March after she struck a home in Stephenville and killed a woman and a juvenile male.
Yates was charged with two counts of criminal negligent homicide in March.
Yates was arrested again on Monday. She is being held on a collective bond of $1,514,500.
