TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — A Dallas, Texas, man faces murder charges after a shooting at a Terre Haute hotel Monday night.
The Terre Haute Police Department arrested Wilson Chavez in connection with the case. He is facing a murder charge.

Officers were called to Candlewood Suites on Wabash Avenue just after 9 p.m. Monday night after someone went to the hotel’s front desk and called 911 to report gunfire.
