A dazzling drone show in Texas stole the spotlight ahead of the Fourth of July weekend.
Sky Elements, a drone light show company, flew a 2,500-drone show in North Richland Hills near Dallas to kick off the nation’s Fourth of July celebrations. The show featured formations including George Washington, Uncle Sam, Artemis II, and a pyro drone bald eagle.
The massive drone display was held on July 1 instead of Independence Day due to public safety and the need for event resources to support the FIFA World Cup match in Arlington on Friday, July 3.
Sky Elements has orchestrated and flown some of the largest known drone shows in the world, including for the MLB, Disney Studios, Marvel, The Seattle Seahawks, Coca-Cola, and many other renowned organizations, according to its website.
“By creating mesmerizing and unforgettable experiences, Sky Elements continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible with drone technology, solidifying our reputation as a trailblazer in the industry.” its website states, adding that Sky Elements is the first U.S. drone show company to receive FAA approval for attaching pyrotechnics to drones.
Sky Elements was also a finalist on “America’s Got Talent” and holds more than a dozen World Record titles.
The video of the patriotic drone show, posted to the Sky Elements YouTube page, has garnered nearly 3 million views in only two days.
