A 36-year-old man from Killeen, Texas, was injured in a single-vehicle crash Monday night, March 30, 2026, in Ralls County, according to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at approximately 8:50 p.m. on Highway B, about five miles south of Perry.
According to the patrol, the man was driving a 2023 Hino box truck northbound when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway. The driver then overcorrected, causing the truck to run off the left side of the roadway and overturn into a ditch.
The driver sustained moderate injuries and was transported by Survival Flight to University Hospital in Columbia. The report states he was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
The 2023 Hino box truck sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene by Heartland Wrecker.
Emergency responders assisting at the scene included the Perry Fire Department, the Ralls County Sheriff’s Department, and ambulance personnel.
