The Cameron County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an early morning stabbing Wednesday that left a 26-year-old man dead and two others injured.
In a news release, the sheriff’s office said the suspect is unknown as of early Wednesday afternoon. However, one of the people who were stabbed is currently being detained.
The incident happened in the 2100 block of Florencia Avenue in Cameron Park at 12:45 a.m. where deputies received a 911 call that two people were stabbed.
