DALLAS, Texas — A 23-year-old man Mexican man residing in Dallas has been arrested for allegedly soliciting others to kill ICE agents through a TikTok post, according to the Acting United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas.
Eduardo Aguilar, originally from Mexico, faces federal charges for transmitting a threatening communication.
Court records reveal that Aguilar’s October 9 post included a message in Spanish offering $10,000 for each ICE agent, accompanied by emojis symbolizing death.

“Threats against our law enforcement officers are completely unacceptable,” stated Acting U.S. Attorney Nancy E. Larson. Aguilar appeared before a United States Magistrate Judge in Dallas and remains in federal custody.
If convicted, he could face up to five years in federal prison. The FBI, along with several law enforcement agencies, conducted the investigation, as noted in the press release.
