COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – An arrest report from Saturday’s Texas A&M football game reveals a disturbing incident on the third deck of Kyle Field, where a Brazos County man was caught allegedly taking non-consensual “upskirt” videos of a female fan.
Manuel Ramirez, 61, was arrested on September 5, 2026, and charged with Invasive Visual Recording, a state jail felony in Texas.
According to arrest records off-duty Bryan police officers working security near section 338 were approached by a witness who reported seeing a man recording up a woman’s shorts.

Officers quickly located Ramirez standing near a handicap-accessible ramp. As they approached, an officer observed Ramirez raise his phone above his shoulder, pointing it toward a woman standing on the elevated ramp above him. Police confirmed the phone was actively recording a video.
The victim was notified of the recording on scene and chose to press charges.
Texas A&M University Police took over the investigation, seizing Ramirez’s phone as evidence. Ramirez was booked into the Brazos County Jail.
Ramirez was apparently working at Kyle Field Saturday night, but officials clarified he is not an employee of Texas A&M University.
Instead, Ramirez was employed by SSC Services for Education, a third-party custodial services provider. Following the incident, the company terminated his employment and released the following statement:
“As a third-party custodial services provider, we at SSC take the safety of students and the entire community very seriously. We are aware of the incident at Kyle Field and are cooperating with the appropriate authorities. The individual’s employment has been terminated effective immediately. The conduct is unacceptable and inconsistent with our values and the standards we expect of every member of our team.”
