Texas man charged with sexually assaulting minor, filming it

LINCOLN COUNTY, Neb. — A Texas man faces charges of sexually assaulting a minor girl in Lincoln County and filming it.
Sean Magana Jr., 19, of Temple, Texas, is charged in Lincoln County Court with first-degree sexual assault, sexual assault using an electronic communication device, manufacturing child sexual abuse material and debauching a minor.
According to an arrest affidavit, on Tuesday, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a sexual assault involving a minor girl that occurred last Saturday in Maxwell. It was also reported Magana Jr. took a video of the alleged assault and messaged the girl via Snapchat.
In an interview with law enforcement, the affidavit said Magana confessed to sexually assaulting the girl and filming it.
Magana was then arrested and booked into the Lincoln County Jail.
