VictorTorres,33,ofDumas,Texas,wassentencedto720monthsbyU.S.DistrictJudgeMatthewJ.KacsmarykafterpleadingguiltyinMay2025totwocountsofproductionofchildpornography,theU.S.Attorney’sOfficefortheNorthernDistrictofTexasannounced.
