MORRISCOUNTY,NJ—AMorrisCountymanisfacingfederalchargesafterallegedlysexuallyassaultingafellowpassengeronanAmericanAirlinesflighttoTexasearlierthisyear,federalauthoritiessaid. BhaveshkumarDahyabhaiShukla,a36-year-oldfromtheLakeHiawathasectionofParsippany,hasbeenchargedwithonecountofabusivesexualcontact,accordingtotheU.S.Attorney’sOfficefortheDistrictofMontana.
