Woman wanted for assault in Texas arrested by Priceville Police

PRICEVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — A woman wanted for assault in Dallas, Texas, was arrested during a traffic stop in Priceville on Sunday, police say.
According to the Priceville Police Department, a vehicle was stopped on Sunday, March 30 around 2:30 a.m. on Point Mallard Parkway.
During the traffic stop, officers discovered the driver, later identified as 31-year-old Tyeisha Shanay Taylor of Hartselle, had a nationwide felony arrest warrant for assault through the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office in Dallas, Texas.
PPD said Taylor was arrested and taken to the Morgan County Jail, where she is being held as a fugitive from justice pending her extradition to Dallas.
