WACO, Texas (KWTX) – Waco Police Chief Sheryl Victorian said it was a full circle moment as she sat on a stage this past week sharing tips for women in public safety alongside a female officer she mentored who is now leading her own police department in North Texas.
Ramona Washington, 46, made the trip to Waco to take part in a mentorship panel for the annual Women in Public Safety Leadership Symposium at MCC Thursday.
