FBI says 21-year-old planned attack on Texas police similar to 2016 Dallas ambush

CORPUSCHRISTI,Texas—AuthoritiesinTexassaidtheythwarteda“masscasualtyattack”afterarrestinga21-year-oldwhoallegedlymadeterroristicthreatsagainstlocalpoliceofficers.
